We are looking for an accomplished business leader to head a well-established and growing organisation in the Oil & Gas EPC sector in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business leadership, P&L management, large-scale project execution and business expansion within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic and operational leadership with complete P&L ownership.

Drive business growth, profitability and long-term expansion.

Lead end-to-end EPC project execution and delivery.

Drive business development, tendering, bidding and contract acquisition.

Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, particularly within the ADNOC ecosystem.

Oversee operational excellence, project performance and risk management.

Lead senior management teams and strengthen organisational capabilities.

Drive business expansion and achieve strategic growth objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

20–25 years of overall experience in the Oil & Gas EPC industry.

Strong UAE market exposure is essential.

Currently operating at CEO / COO / Business Head / General Management level.

Proven track record of managing large-scale EPC projects and business operations.

Strong exposure to ADNOC, its ecosystem, approvals and vendor registration processes.

Demonstrated experience in P&L management, business development and strategic leadership.

Strong commercial, operational and stakeholder management capabilities.
