Overview A discreet, invitation-level search is underway for a Chief Executive Officer to lead a pre-launch, industry-endorsed platform operating at the highest levels of the UK music, media and digital landscape. This is a confidential, press-visible appointment expected to generate significant attention across both industry and mainstream media. Role Summary This is a founder-aligned executive mandate with full strategic, operational and commercial control. The appointed CEO will work in close partnership with founding stakeholders through final-stage development and controlled market entry, before assuming complete executive ownership post-launch. The platform spans live, media, digital infrastructure and long-term cultural archiving, requiring a leader capable of shaping both immediate market impact and sustained industry relevance.

Key Responsibilities

• Recognised senior operator within the UK music industry with demonstrable influence and credibility
• Deep, active and trusted network across artists, management, promoters, venues, media and rights holders
• Proven track record in negotiating and closing complex, high-value media and rights-based deals
• Advanced understanding of live events, production ecosystems and large-scale delivery models
• Strong command of digital platforms, web strategy and audience growth dynamics
• Commercially sophisticated with direct responsibility for revenue generation and strategic growth
• Experience leading, scaling or shaping high-impact platforms or organisations
• Established leadership presence with the ability to operate at board and stakeholder level
• Combines entrepreneurial instinct with disciplined, corporate-grade execution
