The successful candidate will position the Company as a trusted, competitive credit management and recovery organisation, underpinned by strong governance, digital capabilities and data-driven decision-making, and will lead the digital transformation journey to strengthen operational excellence and expand sustainable revenue sources. Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline from a recognised institution. - Minimum 20 years of progressive experience, including significant senior leadership. Credit management or loan recovery experience is an advantage. - Proven engagement with the Board, shareholders, government stakeholders, regulators, and financial and institutional clients. - Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and influencing skills. - Appreciation of data analytics, automation and emerging technologies to enhance collection effectiveness and productivity. - Builds high-performing teams, develops talent and fosters a culture of performance, accountability and integrity. - Strong business development ability to grow collection and recovery services for group and non-group clients. - High integrity and sound judgement, balancing commercial objectives with risk, compliance and stakeholder expectations.
