Chief Executive Officer

We are conducting a confidential executive search on behalf of a leading industrial manufacturing organization in the UAE , operating within the broader Energy, Oil & Gas, and Heavy Industrial sectors , for an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a major industrial business division.

Reporting to the Group CEO, the successful candidate will assume full P&L, strategic, and operational accountability , driving business growth, international expansion, operational excellence, technological innovation, and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall business strategy, P&L performance, and operational management .
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and international market expansion .
• Identify strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and new business opportunities.
• Oversee large-scale industrial manufacturing operations , ensuring efficiency and cost competitiveness.
• Champion sustainability, decarbonization, and energy efficiency initiatives .
• Lead digital transformation, automation, and advanced manufacturing programs.
• Build and develop a high-performing executive leadership team.
• Ensure strong HSE standards, regulatory compliance, and operational governance .

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Metallurgical, or related discipline); MBA advantageous.
• Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, Divisional CEO, or equivalent executive within heavy industrial manufacturing or energy-intensive industries.
• Strong track record in P&L management, business growth, and operational transformation .
• Experience in international expansion, strategic partnerships, and joint ventures .
• Strong understanding of industrial technologies, automation, and sustainability initiatives .
• Proven ability to lead large-scale operations and multidisciplinary teams .
• Excellent strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and board-level stakeholder management skills.
• Previous GCC or international industrial leadership experience is advantageous.
