The role will lead property engineering and maintenance activities, ensure reliable building operations, and coordinate with tenants, contractors, suppliers, and management. Key Responsibilities - Supervise the daily operations and maintenance of building facilities and equipment. - Lead and monitor engineering and maintenance personnel. - Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance programs are properly implemented. - Oversee the operation of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and other building systems. - Conduct regular property inspections and ensure identified issues are addressed promptly. - Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers. - Monitor the quality and timely completion of maintenance and repair works. - Investigate technical issues and develop practical solutions. - Ensure compliance with building, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. - Oversee emergency response and coordinate appropriate actions during building incidents. - Review maintenance reports, work orders, equipment records, and other technical documentation. - Monitor operating expenses and identify opportunities for cost efficiency. - Coordinate with property management and tenants regarding technical concerns and service requests. - Ensure excellent customer service and professional stakeholder engagement. - Prepare operational and technical reports for management. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to building operations and maintenance. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Must be a Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer . - Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience , preferably in property management, building operations, facilities management, or equipment maintenance. - Experience as an Assistant Chief Engineer or Chief Engineer is an advantage. - Must be an accredited DENR Pollution Control Officer (PCO) . - Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent analytical and organizational abilities. - Results-oriented and service-driven. - Ability to balance operational requirements, tenant/customer needs, and company policies. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Willing to work Monday to Saturday, onsite in EDSA Greenhills, San Juan City .
