Job Summary

The Chief Commercial Officer leads commercial strategy and execution to strengthen growth, customer relationships, and business performance. This executive partners across functions to align business development, operations, and financial priorities with organizational goals. The role calls for decisive leadership, clear communication with executives, and a practical, data-driven approach to turning strategy into results.

Duties

• Set strategic plans for business development and commercial operations, using data to guide priorities and decisions.
• Lead executive-level teams and collaborate across functions to coordinate projects, improve processes, and deliver business objectives.
• Oversee business and financial management, including budgeting, executive-level budget management, and operational performance.
• Build and negotiate strategic partnerships and commercial agreements that support sustainable business growth.
• Develop leaders and teams through clear direction, team development, and accountable execution. Your impact: By aligning commercial priorities with operational and financial decisions, you help teams serve customers effectively and support durable business performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated executive leadership, senior leadership, management, and team leadership experience, including executive-level team management.
• Strong strategic management, strategic planning, business management, operations management, and operational management capabilities.
• Experience with project management, financial management, budgeting, and process improvement.
• Skilled in business development, negotiation, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent verbal communication with executives; able to lead teams, develop talent, and translate strategy into clear action.

Pay: $176,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
