# Chief Business Officer - MySentry.ai (Personal Safety & Health Monitoring) **Zigron Inc** · Remote · `Remote` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Fundraising, Strategic partnerships, Revenue growth Build the business that brings 24/7 personal safety, health monitoring, family GPS, and emergency response to the phones and watches people already own. As Chief Business Officer, you will work directly with the CEO to raise our planned $3 million seed round and turn early revenue and strategic relationships into a repeatable engine for paid subscribers. This is an operating role for someone who knows monitoring centers, security and PERS dealers, connected health, and the channels that reach people who need help most. What MySentry Does MySentry combines personal safety, health monitoring, and permission-based family GPS in one service built around existing smartphones and smart wearables. It runs on iOS and Android. Users can ask for help, share location with trusted family members, and use supported alerts for falls, crashes, and concerning health signals. When an alert needs attention, the service can notify loved ones and connect the user with 24/7 professional monitoring and emergency response coordination. Availability depends on the plan, device, permissions, connectivity, and location; health signals are not a medical diagnosis. MySentry currently integrates with Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch. It is also integrated with Ring cameras, which can add context during an eligible alert, and is available in the Ring Appstore. Rapid Response Monitoring is our strategic partner for 24/7 professional monitoring and a planned rollout through its dealer network. These assets, plus early revenue, give us a foundation for both direct consumer and partner-led growth. Who We Serve Our first customers span five clear needs: seniors who want confidence while living independently; families who want trusted location sharing and help when it matters; women seeking an added layer of personal safety; nurses whose work and commutes can put them alone; and businesses responsible for lone workers or field employees. The CBO will translate those needs into segment-specific offers, partners, and practical acquisition channels. We plan to reach 1M subcribers in 3-5 years. Why This Role Matters The product, watch integrations, Ring presence, Rapid Response partnership, and early revenue give the next business leader a real starting point. The opportunity is to define a new category that extends monitored safety beyond the home, then prove it through paying subscribers and durable partner economics. Our longer-term ambition is one million subscribers across the United States, Europe, Japan, and Pakistan; expansion will follow local monitoring and service readiness. The Mandate - Raise capital · Lead the planned $3 million seed process: shape the investment story, financial model, materials, investor pipeline, diligence, negotiations, and close. Bring a relevant investor network and personally drive serious conversations and close the deal. Build distribution in security and PERS · Work with Rapid Response and other dealers to build an effective dealer rollout, including dealer economics, training, onboarding, co-selling, activation, and subscriber retention. Develop additional relationships with hospitals, home healthcare agencies, PERS providers, central stations, alarm dealers, home security brands, and connected-home platforms. · Deepen the Ring channel and pursue partnerships where MySentry adds personal safety beyond the home. Turn integration and listing opportunities into measurable subscriber acquisition, rather than treating signed agreements as the finish line. Win the markets where the need is clear · Build distinct sales and partner plans for seniors and caregivers; families; women seeking personal safety; nurses and healthcare organizations; and businesses with lone workers or field employees. Test the message, buyer, purchasing process, and economics for each segment. · Develop routes through senior care providers, home care, employers, benefits and insurance partners, healthcare organizations, telecom providers, and wearable companies where the product and economics fit. Own revenue and operating discipline · Set channel priorities, pricing and partner economics with the CEO; forecast paid subscribers, recurring revenue, acquisition costs, retention, and partner performance. Build a clear pipeline from first meeting to launch and expansion. · Work closely with product, engineering, monitoring, customer support, and compliance teams so every commercial promise matches the customer experience and the monitoring service available in that market. · Hire and lead business development, channel sales, and partner success talent as the business grows. Build a practical operating cadence with clear owners and results. The Background We Need This role calls for direct experience at the intersection of home security, personal health, and personal emergency response systems (PERS). You should have built revenue in at least two of these areas and have credible operating knowledge and relationships in the third. You must understand dealer economics, professional monitoring and escalation, connected wearables, subscription retention, and responsible health claims. A general commercial resume without monitored-safety experience is unlikely to fit. · Senior commercial leadership with a record of personally closing and launching distribution deals, preferably through security dealers, PERS networks, monitoring centers, or connected-home platforms. · A working network of decision makers in at least one of those channels, plus the ability to build relationships with senior care, healthcare, workforce safety, employer, or insurance partners. · Real fundraising experience and investor access, with the credibility to lead a seed process alongside a founder. You can build the case, answer hard questions, and move investors toward a decision. · Experience with consumer subscriptions and partner economics. You know how to turn a pilot or integration into active accounts, paid subscribers, retained customers, and useful channel data. · Enough technical and operating fluency to work across mobile apps, Apple and Samsung watches, camera integrations, monitoring workflows, privacy, and emergency escalation. · A hands-on style suited to an early-stage company. You can set strategy, open doors, negotiate terms, build the team, and follow through after launch. Where the Right CBO Comes From · A general manager, chief revenue officer, or partnerships leader from a PERS, alarm monitoring, home security, central station, or dealer-network business who has expanded monitored subscriptions through channel partners. · A commercial leader from a connected-health, medical-alert, or wearable-safety company who has worked with professional monitoring and knows how to reach seniors, families, care providers, or employers. · A senior executive from healthcare, senior care, insurance, or workforce safety only if you can also show direct monitored-safety experience, relevant channel relationships, and deals that became paying subscribers. What Success Looks Like · By twelve months: show repeatable partner onboarding, measurable paid-subscriber growth and retention, a credible capital outcome, and a market-by-market expansion sequence backed by local service capability. · By six months: activate initial dealer cohorts, strengthen conversion from the Ring presence, and run focused pilots for senior and family segments and for nurses or lone-worker employers. · First 90 days: validate the segment and channel priorities, build the seed investor pipeline with the CEO, and agree a dealer launch plan and scorecard with Rapid Response. We will judge progress by capital raised, partners activated, paid subscribers, recurring revenue, retention, and channel contribution economics. A signed agreement matters when it produces a service people use and pay for. Role and Application This is a senior executive role reporting to the CEO. U.S. based is preferred, with flexibility and travel for partner, customer, and investor meetings. Compensation and equity will be discussed with qualified candidates. In your application, include a resume or LinkedIn profile and a short note describing a security, PERS, or health partnership you personally closed and scaled. Please also share a fundraising result or a measurable subscriber or revenue result you helped deliver. Pay: $100,000.00 - $126,800.00 per year Benefits: - Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote
