# Chief Accountant (Binh Trung, HCM) - 29058 **Công Ty TNHH Reeracoen Việt Nam** · Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Mô tả công việc: (Mức lương: 35 - 40 triệu VNĐ) - Job Summary - Manage the company's accounting and finance operations, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese laws, tax regulations, and company policies. - Oversee the accounting department, financial reporting, tax compliance, internal controls, and cash flow management. - Job Details - Establish necessary accounting and tax systems and procedures for the company. - Manage daily accounting and finance activities in compliance with Vietnamese regulations and company policies. - Review and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the Board of Directors (BOD) and Head Office (HQ) in a timely manner. - Prepare and manage periodic tax declarations and finalization reports, including license tax, invoice reports, VAT, PIT, FCT, CIT, and transfer pricing (TP). - Review and control financial plans and cash flow. - Coordinate and work with internal and external auditors. - Organize and manage all aspects of the accounting department, including internal controls, budgeting, payments, and investments. - Develop and maintain an effective accounting system and contribute to the implementation of generally accepted accounting standards. - Manage, train, and supervise subordinates. - Perform other duties as assigned by the General Director and management board. Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học Yêu cầu công việc: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. - At least 3 years of Chief Accountant experience. - Strong knowledge of Vietnamese laws and tax regulations. - Knowledge of transportation accounting and import-export operations. - Fluent in spoken and written English. - Upper Intermediate level - Good communication, computer, organizational, negotiation, problem-solving, analytical, and planning skills.
