The role supervises accounting operations, internal controls, and financial audits. Key Responsibilities Financial Management Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage the general ledger and ensure accurate accounting records. Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. Oversee fixed assets and inventory accounting. Accounting Operations Supervise daily accounting activities and accounting staff. Ensure timely closing of accounts and month-end procedures. Maintain accounting systems and improve financial processes. Implement and monitor internal controls. Budgeting & Reporting Assist in preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. Analyze financial data and prepare management reports. Provide variance analysis and financial recommendations to management. Compliance & Audit Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local financial regulations. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. Prepare VAT, tax filings, and statutory reports. Ensure proper documentation and record retention. Leadership Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting team members. Coordinate with other departments regarding financial matters. Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making. Required Qualifications CA Final is a must 10+ years of accounting experience, including supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.
