Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial statement preparation, reconciliation, and analysis. Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies to facilitate audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements. Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions and initiatives. Requirement B.Com /M.Com with 5-6 years’ experience or Inter CA/ACCA with 3-4 years’ experience in similar position with knowledge of MS Office and thorough knowledge of all accounting process including payroll, Auditing, BRS up to finalization with ERP software working. Must be fluent in both Hindi & English language. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Accounting: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
