Roles & Responsibilities: - Present lessons in a manner that aids understanding and engagement. - Motivate customers to succeed. - Collaborate with other instructors and team members and participate in meetings. - Follow customers' journeys and inform the eLearning team of noteworthy observations. - Provide one-on-one tutoring for customers. - Perform other eLearning-related tasks.
