Maintain chemical records, including updating and filing Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Environmental compliance: Prepare and submit periodic environmental reports to the relevant authorities. Customer compliance: Ensure that chemicals used in textile production comply with restricted substance requirements, such as ZDHC MRSL, Globally Harmonized System, RoHS, REACH, etc Ensure all chemical containers are properly labeled and that no unidentified or unauthorized chemicals are stored or used. Chemical Usage Supervision in Production Calculate and supply the appropriate quantities of chemicals for each production process, including sizing, dyeing, and fabric finishing (e.g., wrinkle-resistant and water-repellent treatments). Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations by verifying that workers wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and are trained to respond properly to chemical spills and other emergencies.
