Position: Analytical Chemist Type: Contract Compensation: $65–$75/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Write challenging single-turn prompts in Chemistry and Chemical Safety , labeled as benign, dual-use, and adversarial. Evaluate model responses against a defined policy standard to ensure correct handling. Write reference answers with technical reasoning for correct responses. Differentiate routine professional questions from those fishing for misuse. Collaborate with practitioners to draw reliable lines in dual-use scenarios. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance . Qualifications Must-Have Experience in detection and identification of hazardous compounds using GC-MS , LC-MS/MS , IR , NMR . Method development and validation for trace-level analysis. Background in environmental, occupational, or emergency-response sampling and analysis. Experience with reference standards, spectral libraries, and unknown identification. Laboratory accreditation, QA/QC , and proficiency testing. Compensation & Legal Hourly contractor , Paid weekly via Stripe Connect .
