Ensure QMS procedures and processes are followed through monitoring compliance across departments and regular system checks. 2. Serve as Internal Lead Auditor that will plan and conduct internal audits, prepare audit reports and follow up audit findings and corrective actions. 3. Maintain control of QMS Department’s procedures, guidelines, records and forms and ensure updated documents are available and obsolete ones removed. 4. Record and track nonconformities, facilitate root cause analysis and monitor corrective action implementation and closure. 5. Consolidate and update risk registers and monitor the implementation of plans to address risks and opportunities. 6. Gather KPI data and quality metrics, prepare reports for the QMS Head and Management review and track trends and issues. 7. Consolidate inputs required for Management Review Meetings, record Management Review outputs and monitor action item implementation. 8. Conduct QMS/ISO awareness seminar. 9. Participate in improvement projects and initiatives. 10. Prepare documents and evidences for external audits and coordinate with auditors and departments. 11. Provide regular updates to the QMS Head regarding QMS effectiveness and compliance status. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION/S REQUIRED (Education / Experience / Attributes / Competencies / License, Etc.) Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in quality management systems, quality assurance or food safety management systems Competencies: Knowledge of QMS, FSSC and Halal management, document control, internal auditing, corrective actions and risk management, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams) Attributes: Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, must be detail-oriented and capable of facilitating continuous improvement initiatives Licenses/Certifications: ISO Internal Auditor training is an advantage Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Opportunities for promotion Paid training Work Location: In person
