The ideal candidate should have excellent audit expertise, team management, client coordination, leadership, and communication skills , along with the ability to independently handle assignments and manage multiple responsibilities. Key Responsibilities : Plan, execute, review, and finalize Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and other audit assignments . Review financial statements, books of accounts, ledgers, and supporting documents. Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, and other statutory requirements . Handle Income Tax compliance, GST, TDS, assessments, notices, and related tax matters . Review and finalize financial statements, tax computations, audit reports, and related documentation . Identify financial and operational risks and recommend appropriate corrective measures. Manage and coordinate with audit teams, clients, management, and internal departments . Supervise team members, allocate assignments, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Act as a key point of contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships. Handle client queries and provide appropriate accounting, taxation, audit, and financial guidance . Ensure timely completion of assignments while maintaining quality and professional standards. Assist management in financial planning, reporting, analysis, and decision-making . Support other professional assignments and responsibilities typically handled by a Chartered Accountant .
