Oversees channel development activities, training programs, and sales engagement events. Supports sales productivity through agent onboarding, coaching, and performance management. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Psychology, or related field. - At least 1 year of experience in Life or Health Insurance. - Experience in agent recruitment, training, sales support, or channel development is preferred. - Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, SAP, and related business systems. - Strong communication, presentation, project management, analytical, planning, and organizational skills. - Adaptable, dependable, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders and events. Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): - Manage recruitment, accreditation, onboarding, and maintenance of insurance agents. - Monitor agency growth, recruitment reports, and agency structures. - Organize sales channel engagement activities, recognition programs, conferences, and events. - Oversee agent training programs, training materials, and trainer performance. - Conduct benefit orientations and presentations for clients and partners. - Coach and evaluate team members, conduct weekly huddles, and support talent development. - Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures. - Coordinate with sales teams and other departments to support channel growth and training needs.
