# Change Manager **Coforge** · Kuala Lumpur · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role - Develop and execute change management plans aligned with project milestones and deployment schedules. - Conduct Change Impact Assessments (CIA), stakeholder mapping and mitigation planning. - Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications and Change Champion networks. - Develop communication materials and coordinate training plans, materials, assessments and delivery. - Monitor change readiness, user adoption, engagement and behavioral metrics. - Support project governance, reporting and change-related documentation. - Coordinate with business leaders, project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
