Responsibilities - Design and deliver comprehensive change management workshops tailored to diverse organizational needs and client objectives. - Facilitate interactive sessions that incorporate best practices in process mapping, lean management, and business consulting to maximize participant engagement. - Collaborate with project teams and management consultants to align workshop content with strategic goals and enterprise solutions initiatives. - Provide expert guidance on large-scale organizational change management techniques, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and resistance mitigation. - Utilize data analysis skills to assess training effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and adapt content accordingly. - Lead discussions on project management in technology environments, emphasizing process improvement and cross-functional collaboration. - Support business development efforts by demonstrating workshop value to prospective clients and participating in research activities related to industry trends. Skills - Strong expertise in strategic planning, project management, and business analysis within technology-driven environments. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for preparing training materials and reports. - Extensive experience in management consulting, enterprise solutions implementation, and large-scale change initiatives. - Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage executives and diverse stakeholder groups effectively. - Proven ability to lead teams and facilitate collaborative learning experiences across functions. - Knowledge of lean management principles, process mapping techniques, and process improvement methodologies. - Skilled in research and data analysis to inform workshop content and measure impact. - Background in consulting firms or enterprise-level client engagements specializing in organizational change management.
