• Lead the organisation's financial planning and reporting activities to give leadership clear and timely financial information.
• Set financial priorities and provide insight that supports informed commercial and operational decisions.
• Oversee financial controls and governance practices to maintain accurate financial records and reporting.
• Review financial performance and identify key trends, opportunities and areas that require action.
• Present financial updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support business planning.
• Guide budgeting and forecasting processes to help the business plan resources effectively.
• Work with C-suite stakeholders to align financial plans with wider business objectives.
• Strengthen financial processes and reporting standards to improve clarity, consistency and decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful CFO Should Have

• Strong capability in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience preparing and reviewing financial reports for senior stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of financial controls, governance and reporting processes.
• Ability to interpret financial performance and provide practical recommendations.
• Confidence presenting financial information clearly to C-suite stakeholders.
• Capability to align financial priorities with business plans and operational needs.
