Work with the CEO and senior leadership on financial performance, business planning, funding decisions and commercial priorities. Enhance the Group’s finance framework, reporting discipline and governance standards as the business continues to scale. Monitor liquidity, stock-related exposures, collections, revenue processes and financing arrangements to maintain strong financial oversight. Lead the finance team and maintain effective relationships with auditors, banks, advisers and other external stakeholders. Requirements: CA, CPA, ACCA At least 10 years of relevant finance experience, strong exposure to senior finance responsibilities and a listed company. Experience in automotive, retail, distribution or other high-volume commercial businesses. Strong grounding in SFRS, consolidation, statutory reporting, taxation, treasury and financial controls. Experience working with senior management, Board-level stakeholders and external auditors; exposure to IPO, RTO, fundraising or other corporate transactions.
