About AccrediCulture AccrediCulture is a healthcare compliance platform used by behavioral health organizations for accreditation readiness, policy governance, chart compliance, incident and grievance management, credential tracking, clinical supervision documentation, and staff training. Our training library includes more than 1,000 narrated video courses covering clinical practice, patient rights, safety, and regulatory topics. AccrediCulture is seeking continuing education provider approval from ASWB ACE, NBCC, and NAADAC so that eligible clinical courses can count toward the continuing education requirements of social workers, counselors, and addiction professionals. The Opportunity AccrediCulture is seeking a Continuing Education Advisor to serve as its designated Social Work Consultant under the ASWB ACE standards and as a clinical reviewer for its broader continuing education program. This is a light, ongoing advisory opportunity for a licensed clinical social worker who is currently practicing or has previously practiced social work and would like to provide clinical judgment and oversight to a growing continuing education program. Most assignments occur during the initial provider application process, when new courses are prepared for release, and during quarterly reviews of participant evaluations. The anticipated workload is approximately two to four hours per month. What You Will Do Serve as the named Social Work Consultant on AccrediCulture’s ASWB ACE provider application and throughout the approval period. Review and sign the attestations required of the designated Social Work Consultant. Review course learning objectives, descriptions, outlines, and bibliographies. Confirm that courses fall within the social work scope of practice and an applicable ASWB educational area. Participate in pilot testing for new self-paced courses. Review pilot-testing results with the Continuing Education Director and recommend changes to course content, post-test questions, or proposed credit amounts. Review course post-tests for clarity, fairness, and alignment with the stated learning objectives. Confirm that course content reflects cultural awareness and diversity and recommend revisions when appropriate. Review summarized participant evaluations each quarter. Advise on course revisions, course retirements, and emerging topics relevant to social workers. Participate in the review of participant grievances involving course content or instructors. Advise on continuing education requirements in states where AccrediCulture’s client facilities operate. Identify regulatory changes that may affect the continuing education program. Assist the Continuing Education Director in responding to questions from ASWB, NBCC, or NAADAC reviewers that relate to the advisor’s responsibilities. Maintain an eligible license in good standing and notify AccrediCulture within ten calendar days of any change in license status or contact information. Requirements Active, unrestricted LCSW license in good standing in at least one U.S. state. No professional license disciplinary history. Master of Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program. At least five years of post-licensure clinical practice. Current or previous experience practicing social work. Ability to carefully review clinical and educational materials. Ability to provide clear, practical written feedback within an agreed-upon timeframe, generally five business days. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Comfortable communicating through email and video meetings. Comfortable accessing a learning management system and reviewing courses from a participant’s perspective. Willingness to be named as AccrediCulture’s Social Work Consultant and sign applicable attestations. Ability to maintain an active, unrestricted license throughout the engagement. Preferred Qualifications Experience in substance use disorder or co-occurring disorder treatment. Familiarity with ASWB ACE, NBCC, or NAADAC continuing education standards. Experience with curriculum or course review. Experience developing or reviewing clinical training. Clinical supervision experience. Accreditation or regulatory compliance experience. Experience reviewing examinations, participant evaluations, or educational grievances. Benefits This is an independent contractor opportunity and is not eligible for employee benefits. Compensation of $100 to $125 per hour, depending on experience. No minimum hours or fixed weekly schedule. Work may be completed remotely. Advisor sets their own working hours, subject to agreed-upon deadlines. Monthly invoicing in quarter-hour increments. Ongoing opportunity to contribute to the clinical quality of a growing continuing education program. The independent contractor is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, equipment, and other business expenses.
