Scope of services: Preparation and filing of federal and applicable state corporate income tax returns Sales tax nexus review, registrations, and required sales tax filings Delaware and Arkansas annual tax and franchise filings Tax compliance guidance and filing deadline management Current bookkeeping services are not required. Requirements: Active U.S. CPA license Experience with Delaware C-Corporations and Arkansas LLCs Experience with corporate income tax and multi-state sales tax compliance Please DM me with your relevant experience, availability, and estimated fees.
