This role will involve liaising with various departments within the organization, as well as collaborating with external consultants and stakeholders. ROLE: Identify, analyze, and solve critical issues facing the company across departments; Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects; Work closely with department heads and the C-suite to align organizational efforts with strategic goals; Produce data-driven insights for strategy formulation; Manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently; Contribute to the company's overall strategic planning and direction. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA is highly desirable; Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, or in consultancy, project management or business strategy; Proven ability to think strategically and analytically and solve complex problems; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously; Leadership and the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
