Centre Manager – Ayurveda Clinic Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2–5 years Industry: Healthcare / Ayurveda About the Role We are looking for a Centre Manager to manage the overall operations and business performance of our Ayurveda clinic. The role will involve managing the front desk, pharmacy, staff, patient experience, daily operations and centre revenue . The ideal candidate should be a hands-on manager with strong communication, people-management and business-development skills. Key Responsibilities Centre Operations Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic. Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, therapists, front office, pharmacy and housekeeping. Ensure adherence to clinic SOPs, quality standards and operational processes. Front Desk & Patient Management Manage appointments, registrations, billing and patient coordination. Monitor patient footfall, follow-ups and conversions. Ensure a professional and positive patient experience. Handle patient queries and resolve operational complaints. Pharmacy & Inventory Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations and inventory. Monitor stock levels, expiry and stock movement. Ensure timely procurement and minimise stock-outs. Conduct regular stock reconciliation. Staff Management Prepare staff duty rosters and manage daily manpower requirements. Monitor attendance, punctuality and staff productivity. Allocate responsibilities and ensure adequate staffing. Conduct regular team briefings and coordinate staff training. Business & Revenue Take ownership of the centre's monthly revenue and business targets. Monitor consultations, therapies, pharmacy sales and collections. Track leads, conversions, follow-ups and repeat patients. Identify opportunities to increase patient visits and centre revenue. Support local marketing, referral and business-development initiatives. Administration & Reporting Monitor daily collections and ensure proper reconciliation. Maintain centre reports, registers and operational records. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports. Coordinate with management, accounts, HR, procurement and marketing teams. Key Performance Areas Centre Revenue & Business Growth Patient Footfall & Retention Consultation & Therapy Conversion Pharmacy Sales & Inventory Management Staff Productivity & Attendance Patient Experience Operational & SOP Compliance Requirements Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Ayurveda, Life Sciences or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in clinic, hospital, Ayurveda, wellness or healthcare operations . Strong communication and team-management skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting. Ability to manage multiple functions independently. Prior experience in Ayurveda/healthcare operations will be an advantage.
