Immediate Start IGNITE EARLY LEARNING CENTRE BARDIA Brdia is a purpose built, world class early learning centre for up to 60 children for 0-5 years. It was established in 2018 and is rated Meeting NQS in 2026. The service is conveniently situated in Bardia, Sydney NSW - South West. The Centre Leader Role. We are looking for an inspiring Centre Leader/Nominated Supervisor to lead and manage our service. We believe the Centre Leader role is the most important role in our business. It is a people-based role and ultimately brings every aspect of managing a high performing service including operations, compliance, education and people. Key Responsibility Areas · Manage all facets of the service including occupancy, compliance, education and people (day to day running of service) · Be the Nominated Supervisor (NS) of the service · Lead and develop a core group of educators · Manage the family and child experience above standard an exceeding parents expectations · Manage and responsible for all compliance, regularly and health and safety matters Min Requirement Bachelor’s degree and/or Diploma certificate in Early Childhood (Recognised by ACECQA) Current Child Protection & First Aid qualifications to commence A thorough working knowledge of the National Law and Regulations, National Quality Standards, & The Early Years Learning Framework v2 (2022) The ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families and colleagues Strong written and clearly spoken communication skills Preferred experience as a NS/Centre Leader or long term 2IC with leadership experience Ignite Early Learning Centre is a Child Safe Organisation.
