Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the training center. Handle student admissions, enquiries, counselling and follow-ups. Coordinate with trainers, counsellors, telecallers and support staff. Monitor daily attendance and student records. Ensure proper batch scheduling and classroom management. Manage student documentation, admission forms and course-related records. Follow up with students regarding fees, attendance and examinations. Maintain good relationships with students and parents. Support marketing activities, seminars, workshops and promotional campaigns. Generate enquiries through local marketing and community outreach. Monitor admission and revenue targets of the center. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management. Handle student complaints and resolve operational issues. Ensure discipline, cleanliness and professional standards at the center. Coordinate with management for center requirements and improvements. Eligibility Graduate / MBA preferred. Experience: 2–5 years in education, training, vocational institute, sales or center operations preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to manage a team and handle multiple responsibilities. Marathi, Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
