This role requires technical expertise in cooling systems, proactive monitoring, and close collaboration with suppliers to maintain high availability and efficiency. Support for CDU deployment, commissioning, and new builds. Contribution to liquid cooling strategy and capacity planning. Optimization of CDU efficiency and monitoring system trends. Minimum Qualifications: ▪ Bachelor’s degree in engineering Minimum Experience: ▪ 3+ years of experience in hyper scale DCs, Service providers or with OEMs CDUs, in-rack cooling, direct-to-chip, HVAC systems maintenance, preferably in critical environments. ▪ Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, energy management, and relevant codes/standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA). ▪ Proficiency in HVAC design software and building management systems (BMS). ▪ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Job-Specific Skills (Generic / Technical): ▪ Knowledge of glycol concentration management, water quality testing, filtration systems. ▪ Ability to read P&IDs, control diagrams, and hydraulic balancing. ▪ Strong troubleshooting for sensors, valves, control boards. ▪ Knowledgeable of data center best practices ▪ Fluency in English (read, write, speaks) with strong communication and interpersonal skills. ▪ Ability to meet or exceed the company’s attendance and punctuality standards. ▪ Ability to evaluate objectively, fairly, and consistently and work in a high-pressure environment, meet deadlines and simultaneously develop, deploy and coordinate multiple projects. ▪ Ability to understand and follow directions, self-driven, work independently with minimal supervision, must be inspirational, enjoy motivating others and able to manage multiple tasks. ▪ Analytical, problem solver with attention to detail. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or presentation form. ▪ Must be able to work in a team environment and demonstrate capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees in a team-oriented environment.
