Leading the Kitchen Operations - Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow. - Provide guidance and support to kitchen staff to meet operational goals. Inventory Management - Manage inventory levels by generating indents, forecasting needs, and making informed decisions regarding procurement. - Implement strategies to minimize wastage and optimize inventory utilization. Kitchen Team Building and Management - Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among kitchen staff. - Conduct training sessions and skill development programs to enhance team performance.
