# CCTV Technician **ZEEMAX SECURITY EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role URGENT RECRUITMENT- CCTV Technician Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Security Systems / ELV Experience: 2–5 years preferred Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and reliable CCTV Technician to join our security systems team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV and other security system equipment at client sites. Key Responsibilities - Install, configure, test, and commission CCTV camera systems. - Install and configure NVRs, DVRs, monitors, switches, and related equipment. - Perform CCTV system maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis. - Configure IP cameras, network connections, and remote viewing applications. - Carry out cable pulling, termination, testing, and labeling. - Conduct site surveys and assist with determining suitable camera locations. - Identify and resolve hardware, connectivity, and system-related issues. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at client locations. - Ensure installations comply with company standards and project requirements. - Prepare service reports and update job completion records. - Coordinate with supervisors, project engineers, and clients when required. - Follow all company health, safety, and security procedures. Requirements - Freshers can also apply with basic knowledge of CCTV. - ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification is preferred. - 2–5 years of experience in CCTV/security systems installation and maintenance. - Hands-on experience with IP and analog CCTV systems. - Good knowledge of NVR/DVR configuration and CCTV networking. - Basic understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, PoE switches, and network troubleshooting. - Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and system layouts. - Experience with access control, intercom, or other ELV systems is an advantage. - UAE driving license is an advantage. - Ability to work independently and at different client sites across Dubai. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to work overtime or outside normal working hours when required.
