The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of CCTV/ELV systems, including installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The candidate should have a valid SIRA Technician Card and the ability to work independently at different project sites across Dubai. Candidates currently available in the UAE and immediate joiners are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities - Install, configure, test, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems at project sites. - Install, route, terminate, and test UTP and coaxial CCTV cables. - Install and configure IP cameras, analog cameras, NVRs, DVRs, PoE switches, and related equipment. - Perform basic network configuration for IP CCTV systems, including IP addressing and connectivity. - Troubleshoot camera, recording, connectivity, network, and power-related issues. - Carry out CCTV system testing, commissioning, and handover. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of CCTV and ELV systems. - Identify, diagnose, and rectify CCTV system faults at site. - Ensure proper cable management, equipment installation, and site workmanship. - Assist with CCTV system integration and basic VMS configuration. - Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, clients, and other site teams to complete assigned work. - Prepare basic service reports, maintenance records, and daily work updates. - Follow company safety procedures, site regulations, and project requirements. Requirements - Valid SIRA-Approved CCTV Technician Card is mandatory. - 1–2 years of experience in CCTV/ELV installation and maintenance. - Basic knowledge of IP CCTV and Analog CCTV systems. - Understanding of IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, PoE switches, and CCTV accessories. - Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as IP addresses, LAN, PoE, and network switches. - Knowledge of CCTV cable installation, termination, testing, and troubleshooting. - Ability to use basic hand tools and testing equipment. - ITI, Diploma, or a relevant technical qualification is preferred. - UAE driving license is an advantage. - Willingness to work at different project sites across Dubai. - Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. - Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred. - Immediate joiners with a valid SIRA Technician Card will be given preference.
