Monitors multiple camera feeds, identifies and reports suspicious or unauthorized activities, responds to security incidents, maintains accurate surveillance logs, and coordinates with security personnel and management when necessary Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage CCTV and security surveillance systems to identify unusual activities, security risks, and potential incidents. Respond to and report security incidents promptly, coordinating with security personnel, emergency responders, and relevant authorities when necessary. Provide accurate and timely information to appropriate personnel to support effective response to security and safety concerns. Maintain daily surveillance records, logs, and incident reports in accordance with company procedures. Ensure the confidentiality, accuracy, integrity, and proper handling of surveillance information and records. Monitor the operational condition of CCTV cameras, recording systems, servers, data cabinets, and related security equipment. Report equipment faults and coordinate the timely repair, replacement, and maintenance of surveillance and related systems. Ensure CCTV footage and other recorded data are properly stored, secured, and retained in accordance with company policies. Provide basic IT and technical support, including software installation, hardware troubleshooting, and coordination with the IT team for system testing, maintenance, and upgrades. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the company’s security, surveillance, and IT operations. Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior in support of company objectives, operational efficiency, and team goals. Job Qualifications Preferably a graduate of BS Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in CCTV operations, surveillance monitoring, or security systems, with exposure to IT support tasks preferred.
