# CCTV Engineer- SIRA Certified **Syscom Distributions LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are seeking a SIRA-certified CCTV Engineer responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV and security surveillance systems in compliance with SIRA requirements and applicable UAE standards. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, test, and commission CCTV surveillance systems. Perform CCTV system maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis. Configure IP cameras, NVR/DVR systems, switches, storage, and networking equipment. Conduct camera positioning, focusing, coverage verification, and image-quality testing. Prepare CCTV layouts, equipment schedules, and technical documentation. Ensure installations comply with SIRA requirements and approved standards. Coordinate CCTV inspections, testing, and system approvals where required. Diagnose network, power, cabling, camera, recording, and connectivity issues. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, clients, and SIRA-related authorities. Maintain accurate service reports, testing records, and as-built documentation. Provide technical support and guidance to technicians and subcontractors. Requirements Valid SIRA certification/approval as a CCTV Engineer. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field. Minimum 5–7 years of relevant CCTV/security systems experience in the UAE. Strong knowledge of IP CCTV, NVR/DVR, VMS, PoE, networking, and structured cabling. Familiarity with SIRA CCTV regulations, specifications, and approval procedures. Ability to read CCTV layouts, schematics, and technical drawings. Preferred Technical Skills IP camera configuration and commissioning. CCTV VMS platforms and NVR/DVR configuration. TCP/IP, LAN, VLAN, PoE, and basic network troubleshooting. Fiber optic and structured cabling knowledge. CCTV storage and recording configuration. Remote monitoring and system integration. Experience with access control, intercom, and other ELV systems is an advantage. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
