Product Strategy & Digital Product Management Support the product vision, strategy and roadmap for U Ventures' proprietary AI-enabled SaaS platform. Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer discovery to identify market opportunities and product requirements. Engage customers, business users and internal stakeholders to gather product requirements and validate new features. Prioritise product enhancements and maintain the product backlog based on business value and customer feedback. Define product requirements, acceptance criteria and release objectives to guide software development. Monitor product performance, customer adoption and user feedback to drive continuous product improvement. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and software developers to deliver intuitive, scalable and customer-centric digital products. 2. Business Analysis & Solution Design Gather, analyse and document business, functional and system requirements for new software features and digital solutions. Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, workflows and process diagrams for software development teams. Evaluate business processes and recommend technology solutions that improve customer value and operational effectiveness. Perform feasibility studies, impact assessments and cost-benefit analyses for new product features and technology initiatives. Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and user expectations. Facilitate requirement validation sessions and stakeholder reviews throughout the development lifecycle. 3. Software Development & Product Delivery Coordinate the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle from business analysis through deployment and continuous enhancement. Work with internal developers and external technology partners to deliver software releases according to product priorities. Coordinate Agile development activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning and product demonstrations. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system integration testing and production deployment activities. Track software defects, enhancement requests and product improvements to ensure continuous product evolution. Develop and maintain functional documentation, user guides and product knowledge repositories. 4. AI Innovation & Product Intelligence Identify opportunities to embed Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI and intelligent automation capabilities into the company's software products. Design AI-powered product features that improve customer productivity, operational efficiency and user experience. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative capabilities that strengthen the competitiveness of the company's digital products. Collaborate with technical teams to validate AI models and optimise product performance based on customer feedback. 5. Strategic Projects, Technology & Business Transformation Lead strategic technology and product initiatives by managing project plans, timelines, resources, risks and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of digital products and business objectives. Support the Managing Director in evaluating emerging technologies, conducting market and industry research, preparing business cases and driving strategic initiatives that strengthen the company's digital product portfolio and competitive position. Identify opportunities to optimise internal business processes through AI, automation and digital technologies, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and organisational scalability U Ventures Pte.
