Overview Job Details: Plan and manage product placement on store shelves to improve visibility, optimize available space, and contribute to stronger sales results. Create, update, and maintain accurate planograms that support the company’s commercial objectives and merchandising strategy. Provide store teams with clear planogram guidelines, layouts, instructions, and relevant information to ensure proper implementation. Work together with category managers to recommend suitable shelf positions, product ranges, assortment changes, and layout improvements. Visit stores regularly to review shelf arrangements, check implementation quality, and ensure approved planograms are being followed. Support new store launches by developing required planograms and assisting with store layouts, merchandising setup, renovations, and related changes. Identify opportunities to improve shelf utilization, product visibility, and overall store presentation through practical merchandising solutions. Review planogram execution across stores and recommend adjustments that can improve space allocation, product performance, and consistency. Coordinate with merchandising, category, sales, and other internal teams to ensure effective implementation of store-wide merchandising plans. Analyze sales information, shelf data, and other relevant performance figures to support informed merchandising and space planning decisions. Job Experience Requirements Completed or currently pursuing higher education in Economics, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related discipline. At least one year of practical experience in retail operations, purchasing, category management, merchandising, or a similar field. Strong analytical and planning abilities with good time management skills and the ability to set priorities effectively. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and merchandising-related calculations. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate confidently with store teams and different internal departments. Proactive, energetic, and results-oriented approach with a strong focus on achieving business and merchandising objectives.
