# Category Manager **BoldFit** · Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Primary Role - Heads the business & sole point of contact for senior leadership for Apparel category; Leads New product development with design team Execution of strategic decisions & growth plan for various product lines (like retail, new digital channels) Business - Ownership Full P&L accountability & sole viewership of P&L Controls inputs & execution for topline growth & bottom-line goodness across channels, controls pricing changes on platforms after approvals Growth charter - Leads assortment strategy & plan for growing channels like D2C, Myntra, Zepto etc. Executes assortment plans for new channels with design & sourcing and strengthens/sustains market share in set businesses Strategic Planning - Defines category strategy, roadmap, and long-term growth(AOP & MOP planning with central teams), branding strategy along with marketing team. Executes MOP and plans for next 3 months, control supply planning with sourcing team Decision Making - All assortment, P&L, margins, cost, process or investment related decisions Recommends decision but mostly executes & follows up on critical closures & plans People - Management NPD team & category manager reports to category head Leadership - Reviews Delivers all leadership reviews & also takes part of strategic discussions with suppliers to give a business view. Follows up on corrective action & WBR decisions Planning Horizon 1-2 year Current month – 3 months (projections & demand -supply analysis) Cross Functional Leadership Collaborates with Sourcing Head, Growth Head, Marketing Head and Sales Head, leads the cadences Collaborates with Channel Leads, Sourcing Managers, Designers & Supply chain teams Nature of Role Heavy on decision Making Heavy on execution, follow-ups and aiding decisions Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
