Ensure products are available to customers at the right time, in the right quantities, and at competitive prices. Key Responsibilities - Oversee and drive the performance of assigned product categories. - Achieve sales, margin, and profitability objectives. - Develop category assortments, pricing strategies, and promotional plans. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners. - Collaborate with store teams to ensure seamless category execution and merchandising standards. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in category management, merchandising, or a similar retail function. - Proven background in category planning, pricing, assortment management, and supplier relations. - Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation capabilities. - Experience in Buyer, Assistant Manager, or Manager-level merchandising roles is preferred.
