Proficient in Microsoft Office: (Excel, Word, Outlook) Willing to be assigned anytime / anywhere situation calls for it. With good penmanship. Willing to work overtime / under pressure. Pleasing personality, patient, and honest. Polite in dealing with customer, cashiers and co-employees. Job Description 1. Supervised and trained new cashiers on reports and dealer’s different systems. 2. Dealer Visit at least twice a month 3. Perform spot audit on cash, receipts, actual reports. 4. Attends and help rectifying the concern of other department to cash department and report to Head Cashier. 5. Act as a cashier reliever in times of shortage on manpower. 6. Evaluates probationary cashiers by also coordinating with another department. 7. Responsible in requisition of corporate email, account on system. 8. Set guidelines in cases of additional work to cashiers. 9. Approves leave, official business and undertime of cashiers. 10. Responsible in plotting the cashier's reliever or cashiers' schedule. 11. Responsible in receipts and invoices requisition of dealers under her supervision. 12. Assisting cashiers on appropriate handling different and complicated situations 13.
