Duties: Conduct welcome/intro calls with new and prospective clients, clearly explaining the legal process and what to expect Build rapport and trust with clients from their very first interaction with the firm Gather case details during intake calls, asking informed questions grounded in employment law knowledge Serve as an ongoing point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering questions with clarity and empathy Partner with attorneys to relay client information and flag case-relevant details Requirements: Bilingual in English and Spanish, with exceptional verbal communication skills Warm, confident phone presence with strong active-listening skills Experience conducting intakes or client-facing calls, ideally in employment law or another high-volume practice Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset suited to a high-growth, fast-paced firm Why join us: Growing firm, meaningful work, remote flexibility All resumes will be treated with the strictest confidence.
