We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Case Consultant to join our team.

• Must be completely professional and client oriented.
• Attention to detail skills is critical as well as maintaining a neat and organized appearance, work environment and work product.
• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task with ease.
• Any type of bilingual skill is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Weekend and evening availability is a plus, but not a requirement.

Responses to potential clients need to be in real-time whenever possible

• - this means phone calls to be returned on nights and weekends.
