Put your skills to work immediately while developing toward a well-paid working site superintendent and project manager role. You will start with hands-on construction work and receive guidance from our project leadership. As you demonstrate quality workmanship, sound judgment, and dependable follow-through, you will take on crew coordination, jobsite planning, and project responsibilities. This is a fast-track opportunity for someone ready to earn greater responsibility while staying involved in the field. What you will do - Perform carpentry and repairs, including framing, doors and windows, siding, trim, millwork, and cabinet installation. - Assist with demolition, flooring preparation and installation, drywall repairs, painting, and other construction tasks within your skills. - Use tools safely, organize materials, maintain a clean jobsite, and protect occupied spaces and customer property. - Communicate progress, material needs, site conditions, and problems promptly to the project team. - Grow into directing crews, coordinating subcontractors, planning upcoming work, tracking quality and schedules, and helping manage projects from startup through closeout. What we are looking for - Proven hands-on carpentry or related trade experience, with the ability to contribute on an active jobsite immediately. - English proficiency is required to understand safety instructions, communicate with clients and the project team, and provide clear written updates. Spanish and English bilingual ability is strongly preferred. - Strong workmanship, reliability, initiative, and a desire to lead. Previous crew leadership is a plus; a PM title or college degree is not required. - Comfort using a phone or tablet for email, photos, schedules, and job updates, and willingness to learn company systems. - Ability to reach assigned jobsites reliably and perform essential field duties, with reasonable accommodation as applicable.
