Hiring: Carpentry Supervisor / Foreman Joinery Production & Workshop Operations Location: Sharjah, UAE Industry: Interior Fit-Out & Custom Joinery Employment: Full-Time Job Description We are looking for an experienced Carpentry Supervisor / Foreman to manage our joinery workshop, supervise carpenters, and oversee the complete production process from cutting to final finishing and installation. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of joinery manufacturing, workshop machinery, production planning, and team management. Key Responsibilities - Manage daily workshop operations and joinery production. - Supervise carpenters, machine operators, polishers, and installation teams. - Plan production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders. - Read and understand shop drawings, cutting lists, and technical specifications. - Supervise manufacturing of kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, doors, cabinets, and custom furniture. - Ensure proper operation of CNC routers, panel saws, edge banding machines, and other workshop equipment. - Monitor material usage, reduce wastage, and control production costs. - Maintain high-quality standards in cutting, assembly, finishing, and installation. - Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site supervisors. - Manage manpower allocation, productivity, and daily production targets. - Ensure all joinery items are manufactured according to approved drawings and measurements. - Identify and resolve technical and production issues. Requirements - Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in joinery production or carpentry supervision. - Strong knowledge of MDF, plywood, veneer, laminates, solid wood, and hardware. - Experience managing a complete joinery workshop independently. - Excellent understanding of joinery machinery and manufacturing techniques. - Ability to read technical drawings and prepare cutting lists. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills. - Experience in luxury residential and commercial fit-out projects preferred.
