Recruiting Specialist About Ally In-Care Ally In-Care is a local home care agency providing personalized, high-touch care to older adults and families throughout Orange County. We work closely with families and healthcare professionals to help clients remain safe, supported, and independent at home. We pride ourselves on being responsive, hands-on, and relationship-driven. About the Role We are looking for a personable, proactive, and highly organized Recruiting Specialist to help us grow our caregiver team. A big part of your day will be proactively calling and following up with caregiver applicants , keeping candidates engaged, and moving qualified applicants through the onboarding process. We're looking for someone who takes initiative and doesn't wait for candidates to follow up with them. What You'll Do Proactively call and follow up with caregiver applicants daily Screen candidates for experience, availability, professionalism, and overall fit Manage candidates from initial application through onboarding and their first shift Follow up on required documents, training, background requirements, and onboarding items Maintain an organized recruiting pipeline and know where each candidate stands Coordinate interviews, orientations, and onboarding Work closely with scheduling and management on current and upcoming staffing needs Manage multiple candidates and priorities at once while maintaining strong attention to detail Create a positive, responsive experience for every applicant Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, connecting with people, staying organized, multitasking, and following through. Healthcare experience is strongly preferred. This could be a great opportunity for someone with a Medical Assistant background or experience in a skilled nursing facility, doctor's office, assisted living community, home care agency, or other healthcare setting who is interested in transitioning into recruiting and operations. You don't necessarily need years of recruiting experience. We're more interested in someone who understands healthcare, communicates well, takes initiative, stays organized, and gets things done.
