Caregiver Educator - Midwife

Must have Bachelor's Degree in Midwifery. 1-2 years of professional experience as a Midwife. Experience in postnatal care and breastfeeding/lactation support. Professional license is preferred but optional, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Should be available in UAE to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training to Caregivers on evidence-based newborn care, including feeding, safe sleep practices, umbilical cord care, jaundice awareness, and thermo regulation.
• Provide Caregiver Team Lead coverage two days per week
• Conduct postnatal home visits to support mothers with postpartum recovery, wound care guidance and newborn care.
• Conduct follow-up home visits for premature, high-risk, jaundiced, and post NICU newborns, within the approved clinical scope of practice.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
