Job Description Lead and manage the Executive Search Division, focusing on sourcing and placing managerial to C-level executive talents. Develop and oversee executive recruitment pipelines and talent mapping strategies. Take full responsibility for the end-to-end deployment process of interns to partner companies and institutions. Oversee performance evaluations and maintain partner satisfaction regarding the internship programs. Build, maintain, and expand strategic relationships with government bodies, ministries, and business/industry associations. Serve as the official company representative in dialogues, hearings, and strategic collaborations with government entities and key stakeholders. Design and execute Business-to-Business (B2B) partnership strategies to expand the company’s business ecosystem. Lead new corporate partner acquisitions while maintaining continuous relationships with key account executives. Job Requirements Male preferred, aged 30–35 years old. Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience with a proven track record in B2B/Corporate Relations. Background in recruitment, headhunting, or consulting preferred. Extensive network and connections ranging from managerial to C-level across various corporations. Experience and comfort in dialoguing, negotiating, or collaborating with government institutions is highly preferred. Must hold an active driver’s license (SIM A) and be proficient in driving to support high mobility requirements.
