Career Support Associate (Recruitment)
Location: BGC, Taguig City Job Type: Full-time Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Night Shift (DST Dependent) Join our team as a Recruitment Associate (Career Support) and help candidates find the right opportunities while supporting them throughout their recruitment journey. You’ll source and assess talent, match candidates with suitable roles, coordinate interviews, and build strong relationships with both candidates and employers. Responsibilities: Review and evaluate candidate profiles and resumes. Source candidates through job boards and recruitment platforms. Match candidates with suitable opportunities based on skills and career goals. Provide resume and profile optimization guidance. Coordinate interviews and recruitment logistics. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment systems. Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and candidate engagement. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Support recruitment targets and successful candidate placements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; high school diploma holders must have at least 3 years of professional experience. 2+ years of contact center, customer service, or customer care experience. Stable employment history, with at least 1 year of tenure per employer within the last 2 years. 1+ year of sales experience in a US-based RPO environment. High-volume or seasonal hiring experience is a plus. Excellent English communication skills suitable for US-based candidates and clients. Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls and working in a target-driven environment. Strong multitasking, organizational, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
