Career Development Counselor Job Title: Career Development Counselor Location: Doha, Qatar Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Career Development Counselor to support career development frameworks, employee counseling, skills assessments, career planning, and development programs. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement career development programs and frameworks. Provide career counseling and coaching to employees. Conduct career and skills-gap assessments. Organize career workshops and employee development sessions. Support high-potential employee development programs. Follow up with transferred employees and career development cases. Support career metrics and reporting. Coordinate with managers regarding employee career development. Handle employee career-related queries. Support study requests and development initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and accurate career development records. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Postgraduate qualification is preferred. Minimum 6 years of relevant Learning & Development/career development experience. Strong career counseling and coaching skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and organizational abilities. Experience with HR/ERP systems is preferred. Arabic and English language skills are preferred.
