Our Care Coordinator is a key role that will allow the right person to make a difference to lives of many families in by recruiting, hiring and retaining the best Home Care Aides who provide care for seniors in their own homes. The primary duties include: -recruit new prospective caregivers -screen and interview prospective caregivers -conduct new employee orientation -ensure compliance with regulatory issues -conduct periodic and as needed caregiver training -carry out employee recognition and support programs -assist with staffing decisions Preferred qualifications include: -experience in homecare, or other healthcare or Senior care field -2 years of college education -human resource knowledge Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour Benefits: - 401(k) - 401(k) matching - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Paid time off - Referral program - Vision insurance Work Location: In person
