The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in management and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire teams, drive performance, and foster a culture of excellence. Duties - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organisational objectives. - Social media management - Confident to speak infront of camera - Communicating with different stakeholders for the business in a professional manner. - Managing spreadsheets daily to do with the business operations - Daily/ Weekly meetings with the managing director. - Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with the company’s mission and values. - Lead, mentor, and manage departmental heads to enhance team performance and productivity. - Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and community leaders. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Prepare reports for the board of directors detailing progress towards strategic goals. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Skills - Proven management experience with a track record of successful leadership in a similar role. - Problem solving, Ability to work under pressure, Time management - Essential - Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. - Strategic thinking with the capability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. - Ability to inspire and motivate teams while fostering a collaborative work environment. - Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools is advantageous.
