In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers interested in purchasing passenger vehicles, providing expert guidance and personalized service throughout the sales process. Your enthusiasm and strong communication skills will help you build lasting relationships with clients, identify their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that drive customer satisfaction and sales success. Duties Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital channels to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand customer preferences, budget considerations, and desired vehicle features. Present vehicle options confidently, highlighting key features, benefits, and available automotive financing options to facilitate informed decision-making. Negotiate deals effectively by applying strong sales negotiation skills, upselling additional services or features, and closing high-end sales with professionalism. Manage inventory control and support dealership operations by maintaining organized records of vehicle stock and customer interactions within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through excellent customer service, follow-up communications, and personalized client engagement strategies. Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets while supporting inventory management and retail math calculations for optimal stock turnover. Experience Proven experience in automotive industry sales or retail sales with a focus on passenger cars or high-end vehicles. Strong background in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or dealership environments is highly desirable. Demonstrated success in deal closing, upselling, and achieving or surpassing sales targets through effective negotiation techniques. Proficiency in CRM software, inventory management systems, and automotive financing options to support efficient client management. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities for client presentations or dealership events. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases. Organizational skills combined with retail math knowledge to manage multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining accuracy in transactions.
