We're growing our team and are currently hiring an experienced and well-connected Car Consignment Specialist to expand our consignment portfolio. About the Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales & Consignment Manager to join our automotive showroom team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in car sales and/or vehicle consignment, either within the UAE or internationally. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle sales, developing customer relationships, sourcing consignment vehicles, and supporting the showroom in achieving its sales targets. Key Responsibilities Manage and achieve monthly vehicle sales targets. Handle incoming customer enquiries and convert leads into sales. Source and manage vehicles offered on consignment. Build and maintain strong relationships with vehicle owners and customers. Conduct vehicle presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups. Coordinate with customers, owners, finance companies, and relevant departments throughout the sales process. Prepare and maintain accurate sales and consignment documentation. Monitor consignment vehicles, pricing, and market competitiveness. Follow up on leads through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Ensure a professional customer experience from enquiry through to completion of sale. Support showroom marketing and promotional activities when required. Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, customer interactions, and consignment vehicles. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, consignment, or showroom operations. Experience in a car showroom within or outside the UAE is acceptable. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Good knowledge of vehicles and the automotive market. Ability to generate leads and independently close sales. Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude. Good English communication skills. UAE driving licence is an advantage. Candidates with an existing UAE customer network will be considered an advantage.
